The Local Development Plan has reached the Publication of the “Main Issues Report” ( MIR ).  In this report, 2 development bids, comprising 500 house development to the east of Binghill Road are defined as “desirable”. The MIR Consultation Period runs from 16th October 2009 to 11th December 2009. During this period, you have a chance to say what you think about this new development.
